About Me
I utilize a strengths-based, trauma informed, and culturally sensitive approach that encourages a collaborative and empowering environment, where individuals feel heard and valued. Modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Mindfulness based interventions, are tailored according to the specific needs of the individual or couple. By combining modalities, I strive to provide comprehensive and effective support, guiding clients towards making positive change and improved well-being.
My approach as a social worker has been enriched by diverse life and work experiences, that have deepened my understanding of the human condition, and given me the ability to connect with individuals from all walks of life. I have developed a profound appreciation for the resilience and strength of individuals experiencing difficult times. It is because of all these experiences that I bring a unique perspective, and a deep passion for helping others, in my practice.
