About Me
I am a warm, kind, and open therapist here to help you reach your goals. I offer individual therapy for older adolescents and adults of all ages navigating life transitions, relational conflicts, and other general mental health concerns. Additionally, I specialize in helping young adults navigate life's challenges with clarity and confidence. My work helps clients overcome barriers to authenticity, deepen relationships, and foster resilience. Utilizing an integrative approach from person-centered, relational, and behavioral theories, I create a space which honors autonomy and every client's unique therapy needs. While my style tends to be direct, my warmth and humor help create an environment that clients find to be safe and comforting. Using a collaborative approach, clients feel empowered to uncover how past experiences impact their present to finally break free from unhelpful patterns to achieve lasting change.
